Our website features a secure online reservation form which you can use to reserve a place on the tour of your choice. To reach this form, select 'Reserve Now' and Make a Reservation' in the Booking Information box on the tour page.

When we receive your reservation details, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm availability, the total price, and answer any questions you may have asked. We will also send you a booking form, which you should complete, sign, and return to us either by e mail, post or fax, with your deposit payment (a complete online booking solution is coming soon).

If you have asked us to arrange your international flights, then we will send you a quote with your reservation confirmation. You can choose to accept this and we will then reserve the seats for you .

Notes:

  • We will always contact you by email, unless you specify otherwise in the 'Notes' section of the reservation form.
  • Your reservation will be held for 7 days before we need to receive your completed booking form and deposit payment.
  • Prices given by the currency converter on our website are given as a guide only. An exact quote in your currency will be given when we confirm your reservation, based on our bank's current exchange rate.

 

PAYMENT

  • We accept payments by cheque, bank transfer, or by credit card (deposits and flights only).
  • All payments to T.E.N Tours . are protected .
  • Deposit payments are set at eitherUS150 $, or 50% of the tour cost - whichever is lower.
  • If you are buying your international flight through us, ( we require full payment before we confirm your booking.
  • Full payments are due if your departure is within 2 weeks of booking.

All credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% surcharge.

You can make a direct transfer from your account to our Account. Please ensure that you cover any associated charges. Please give your surname as a reference if possible, and contact us or send us SMS (0020122899862) to inform us when you have made this transfer so that we can look out for your payment.
