Deposit and Payment…
We
require a USD 250 deposit or full payment to hold a place for
you on the tour. In the unlikely event that we are unable to operate
the tour this deposit/payment is totally refundable.
The balance must be paid 15 days before the departure date single
supplement and extra hotel nights. Some last minute miscellaneous
fees (visas, additional local hotel bookings etc) can be settled
on the day of arrival.
Methods of Payment…
The
following methods are available to make payments:
- Credit
Card directly through our secure online payment system.
- Bank
transfer by CHAPS or SWIFT transfer
- Personal
cheques or bank drafts.

T.E.N Tours Cancellation Policy…
On
the rare occasions when we, T.E.N Tours , must cancel a trip,
all payments received to date will be refunded, which constitutes
full settlement. There will be absolutely no deductions.
If you, the client, must cancel your reservation, your cancellation
fee will be determined according to the following formula:

Exceptions
to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather
or personal emergencies. Please note:

There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early.

Single supplements are considered part of the trip price and
are subject to cancellation fees.

T.E.N Tours Egypt reserves the right to make route and hotel
modifications as needed.

T.E.N Tours Egypt is not responsible for expenses incurred
in preparation for any canceled trips, such as airline tickets.
